New Agreement Reached at Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre
A new two-year collective agreement has been successfully reached for IAM Union members at the Ukrainian Canadian Care Centre, delivering meaningful improvements in wages, benefits, and working conditions. The agreement includes a 3.5% wage increase for all classifications in each year of the contract. In addition, Registered Practical Nurses (RPNs) will receive a $1.00 special adjustment annually. These increases are retroactive to the agreement’s expiry date of November 1, 2024.
