Members achieved improvements to contract language, mileage and out of town expenses, and will receive wage increases each year of the contract. The committee also fought hard to maintain contract language which the employer was looking to change.

IAM members are the administrative staff at the National UFCW office in Toronto and Quebec. The IAM also represents 60 UFCW Business Representatives across Canada.
