Burlington, ON – Members of IAM Local Lodge 235 have ratified a new collective agreement with CPC Pumps International.
The four-year agreement provides wage increases of 3% in year one, 2.5% in years two and three, and 3% per cent in year 4. Other agreement highlights include :
• Increased pension contribution.
• Increased extended health benefits.
• Increased dental benefits.
• Increased vacation entitlement.
• Improved bereavement language
The 33 members include General Machinists, Fitters, Welders, NC Operators, Drill Operators, Clean/Hydrotest and Shipper Receiver personnel.
