Brantford, ON – Members of IAM Local Lodge 103 have ratified a new collective agreement with Flowserve Canada Corporation.
The three-year agreement provides wage increases of 2.5 per cent in each year. Other agreement highlights include :
• Increased shift premiums
• Improved contract language
• Increased eye glass benefits
The 28 members include Machinists, Product Assemblers, Welders, Painters and Logistics personnel.
Flowserve is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and aftermarket provider of flow control products such as pumps, valves, seals, actuation and instrumentation, steam traps and systems, hydraulic decoking systems, energy recovery systems as well as monitoring and controls. Their products are used in power generation, chemical processing, water resources, oil & gas and general industries.
