IAM Canada is pleased to announce its membership with Electric Mobility Canada (EMC), a national association dedicated to advancing electric transportation in Canada. As part of this partnership, IAM has appointed three representatives to key EMC committees.
IAM representatives will contribute to the following committees:
- Government Relations Committee: Éric Rancourt
- Battery Committee: Alessandro Bernardelli
- Medium & Heavy-Duty Vehicle Committee: Alessandro Bernardelli
Founded in 2006, EMC serves as a unifying voice for electric mobility in Canada, supporting the shift toward sustainable transportation to strengthen the economy and combat climate change and air pollution. EMC’s mission includes advocating for policies that promote the growth of the electric mobility sector, representing members’ views to policymakers, and establishing thought leadership through research, education, and public awareness initiatives.
