Brampton, On – Members of IAM Local Lodge 1922 have ratified a new collective agreement with Colortech Incorporated.
The four-year agreement provides for a 2 per cent lump sum increase in the first year and 2 per cent in each of the subsequent three years. Other agreement highlights include an increased safety shoe allowance and improved contract language.
“The Union’s bargaining team of David Lalansingh and Keith Dickens were strong throughout the conciliation process to secure important contract language improvements,” explained IAM District Lodge 78 Directing Business Representative Derek Ferguson.
The 47 members manufacture colour and additive concentrates for the plastics industry.
