“This was a tough set of negotiations but in the end our members are very pleased with the outcome,” explained IAMAW District Lodge 140 General Chairperson Lou Pagrach.
The new agreement provides wage increases for the three job classifications of between 9 and 22.5 per cent over the four-year period from May 1, 2012 to April 30, 2016. Other agreement highlights include :
• A $125.00 signing bonus
