The Message Was Loud and Clear!
Toronto, ON – They came on Saturday from Thunder Bay, Windsor, Ottawa, Cornwall, Peterborough, and Hamilton by car, train and bus – 131 busloads in fact from every corner of Ontario, to join more than 20,000 protestors against the policies of Ontario’s Liberal government. Labour unions were joined by more than 100 community groups representing students, parents, seniors, environmentalists and aboriginal peoples, demanding economic and democratic rights for everyone.
