Members of Local 1120 working at Dingwell’s Machine and Supply Ltd in Thunder Bay, ON, have voted to ratify a new three-year collective agreement. This achievement is proof of the member’s resilience and commitment to securing a better future for themselves and their families.
The newly ratified agreement brings substantial improvements across several areas where workers will see wage and pension increases in each of the three years covered by the agreement, ensuring financial stability and recognition for their contribution.
In addition, the agreement includes enhanced vision care benefits, an increased boot allowance and paid safety training to support workers’ health and safety on the job.
One of the standout features of the agreement is the inclusion of accelerated vacation entitlements, allowing members to enjoy more time off to rest and recharge.
