Vancouver, B.C. – Members of IAMAW Local Lodge 764 employed by MTU Maintenance Canada Limited has ratified a new collective agreement.
The three-year agreement provides wage increases of 3 per cent in the first year retroactive to November 2, 2011, 2.75 per cent in the second year and 2.75 per cent in the third year.
Other agreement highlights include :
• Base Rate Adjustments effective the first day of the next pay period following ratification
• Dental and Vision Care Improvements
• Increased Shift Premiums
• Increased Skill Premiums
