After some very difficult bargaining, the approximately 150 members of Local Lodge 2707 employed by Kromet International Inc. in Cambridge ratified a new three-year agreement. Carl Sibley was known in the IAM as a tireless advocate for his members – and for workers in general. Employers also knew that and paid him the respect he deserved.
