03 March, 2022 Kingston, ON – Just before Christmas 2021 the 20 employees of Harbour Light in Kingston voted to join the IAM Union. Last week they ratified their first agreement. “Although it is a solid first agreement, we were held to 1% raises increases due to Doug Ford’s Bill 124,” stated District 78 Business Rep Jim Snider.
