Les 200 membres infirmier et infirmières chez Mackenzie Health Long Term Care (Soins de santé de longue durée) à Richmond Hill ont voté en majorité en faveur pour devenir membres de l’AIM.  « Seulement 2 employés ont voté contre », a noté Rootisha Rampat Sukhu du district 78 de. “Les leaders en milieu de travail ont travaillé sans relâche pour que leurs collègues s’inscrivent et les maintiennent ensemble”, a expliqué Rootisha.

The 200 nursing staff of Mackenzie Health Long Term Care in Richmond Hill voted overwhelmingly in favour of joining the IAM Union. “Only 2 employees voted against getting the Union”, noted District 78 organizer Rootisha Rampat Sukhu. “The workplace leaders worked tirelessly to get their co-workers signed up and held them together”, Rootisha further explained.
